Cancellation Schedule for LOR Experience 1. **Cancellation or Rescheduling Procedure:** To cancel or reschedule your LOR Experience, we kindly request that you reach out to us within a designated timeframe of up to, but no less than 14 days before the scheduled event date. 2. **Deposit Policy:** Please note that all deposits made for the LOR Experience are deemed NON-Refundable. 3. **Rescheduling Policy:** However, should the need arise for rescheduling, your deposit may be applied towards a future event within a period of up to 180 days from the original event date. This option is available provided that the request for cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. 4. **Late Cancellations or Reschedules:** It is important to emphasize that cancellations or reschedules made within 14 days of the scheduled event date are considered NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS A FUTURE EVENT.
